Carlos is a senior at Susquehanna Community Jr./Sr. High School. Carlos received the scholarship for his year long educational outreach efforts with the Wildlife Leadership Adventure Camp. Carlos was one of two outstanding 2007 WLA camp graduates to receive a college scholarship. In 2008 Carlos was selected to be one of the camp counselor/group leaders at the WLA. The Susquehanna Branch of QDMA was a 2007 sponsor of Carlos at the camp.
